Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Smokedodgers' website and all transactions between you, as a consumer, and Smokedodgers as the supplier.

  1. No bookings will be confirmed until deposit of €100 is received. Until deposit is received, all emails or calls are only considered as 'enquiries' and should not be considered as 'booked'.
  2. Smokedodgers is a registered business name, registered with the Companies Registration Office, Parnell House, 14 Parnell Square, Dublin 1.
  3. The laws of the Republic of Ireland shall apply to all matters relating to and resulting from the use of this website and all transactions between you as a consumer and Smokedodgers, with the exception of payments made by credit card / laser card which will be governed by the terms and conditions of the PayPal™ payment service of PayPal (Europe) Ltd. and available to read and print off through the following link

  4. Before Smokedodgers can accept a booking from you, you will have to confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions by clicking the relevant section which will be present on your screen.
  5. These terms and conditions are also capable of being downloaded, saved and printed. All/any passenger(s) covered by your booking will also be deemed to agree to and be bound by these terms and conditions. A copy of these terms and conditions will be available in the vehicle.
  6. Credit card charge authorisation terms and conditions:
    1. By completing the reservation process, you authorise Smokedodgers through [Credit Card Payment System] to charge your credit card a deposit amount of € at the time of booking and the balance of the payment will then be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to the relevant date. All deposits are non-refundable.
    2. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you should notify Smokedodgers by phone at least 14 days prior to the relevant date. Failure to do so will result in the balance of the payment being charged to your credit card.
    3. The late cancellation charge will be 50% of the full payment amount. If the reservation is not cancelled within 7 days of the relevant date, the full payment will be non-refundable.
    4. Incorrect information provided by you / credit card holder preventing the operation of the credit card payment or non payment for any reason may make this agreement null and void. It shall then be at the sole discretion of Smokedodgers to authorise the performance of the agreement.
  7. All vehicles used are licensed and insured. All drivers are licensed and insured.
    Health and Safety legislative requirements and the overall health and safety of the driver, staff and passengers are a priority. A safety procedure sheet will be available to all passengers in the vehicle.
    1. Seatbelts are to be worn by all passengers at all times and Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time. Alcohol may be included in the package and supplied by Smokedodgers by prior arrangement. No alcohol or drinks other than that which may be supplied by Smokedodgers may be taken on board the vehicle or consumed within the vehicle.
    2. All passengers must comply with the directions of the driver and/or staff. Smokedodgers reserves the right to refuse admission to its vehicle where it deems this necessary in the interests of safety or for any reason, or to terminate this agreement at any time, without refund or compensation, for any disorderly conduct or any other violations / breaches of this agreement by you or any of their passengers, or, if in the opinion of the driver or member of staff, any passenger may be a danger to themselves or others, or is intoxicated in any way or to such an extent that they may be a danger to themselves or others.
    3. Smokedodgers accept no responsibility for any item of lost property left in the vehicle.
  8. For children's parties or other similar events, one adult must accompany the children during the period.
  9. If the vehicle is damaged or soiled in any way by any passenger, you will be responsible for payment for reinstatement to the original condition. (There will be a standard charge of €100.00 for vomiting or otherwise soiling of the vehicle. Any other damage if any, is subject to quotation from supplier concerned and is the full responsibility of the credit card holder). Authority shall be given to charge your credit card in full for payment in those circumstances.
  10. Smokedodgers reserves the right to substitute another vehicle in the event of non availability and it shall accept no responsibility in the event of an unforeseen mechanical breakdown, or in relation to delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
  11. We take the protection of your data and your privacy seriously. We confirm that all personal data collected by Smokedodgers will only be used to process your order and will not be traded or exchanged with any third parties.
    1. If you have consented to the use of your personal data for promotional / marketing purposes we confirm that we will only use that data for the supply and management of our service(s) to you and to improve the service on offer to you. We will not send you unsolicited material, unless you have consented to receive occasional emails or post in relation to our website or our service offerings.
    2. We will not keep your information for longer than is necessary and we will update your information from time to time if brought to our attention.
  12. Smokedodgers makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of this website are accurate and up-to-date, but can accept no responsibility for omissions, errors or subsequent changes.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, Smokedodgers shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of this website.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept this disclaimer and waiver of liability. You agree to defend, indemnify against any and all claims, damages, costs including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of this website.
